Yiorgos Iliopoulos is an actor, playwriter, tv and cinema writer. Graduate of the «JENNY KAREZI» Drama School (2000) and of Public Administration Department of Panteion University of Athens. Since 2000, he had collaborated as an actor with the theatre direcotrs: Petros Filippides, Kostas Kimoulis, Pemi Zouni, Helen Scoti, Michael Zaibel, Antonis Kalogridis.

Ηis plays have been staged on numerous theatres in athens, by the Νational Τheatre of Νorthern Greece, by several regional municipal state theatres and by many university and amateur groups all over Greece.

Additionally, his plays have been translated and successfully staged in the UK (London, the Edinburgh Festival), Ireland (Dublin), the Czech Republic (Prague),Germany and Bulgaria

He has also adapted in Greek several plays Ray Cooney, Debbie Isitt, Jeff Gould και Jane Anderson.

He has written the series: «What’s up with Harry?», «All On The Roof», «Camera café». He has writen the scenario for the films: «The Secrets Of My Failure» directed by Pierro Andrakakos, «4 EVER» directed by Giorgos Pyrpasopoulos, «Bedtime stories»  directed by Thanassis Naskaris He has created ad campaigns for several national and international brands, During the last few years he is teaching acting at the Iasmos Drama School. He is directing the performances of the young artists and of his students. He has founded the art company Making Noises.  

His plays have been published in Greece.
