Maria Bouba was born in Athens. Graduate of the Department of Theatre Studies of the University of Athens. During her studies, dealt with translation of theatre plays and essays and attended seminars about Cultural Management and Sponsorships. She has worked as an advisor on a local monthly newspaper, while she has written book reviews.

She worked at theatre productions in the media and marketing department.

She worked as a secretary at the Hellenic Theatre Studies Association.

She is in charge of ON STAGE at GPP.
