  • Orygia, March 2022. A video is leaked showing the accidental suicide of the country’s leader, the President of the fictional state of Orygia. Two employees of the Ministry of Information attempt to cover up the incident while a delirious revolution rages outside the government buildings. Who ultimately supports the President of Orygia – the bureaucrats or the revolutionaries? A political allegory about the post-truth era and the power of fake news and disinformation, a satire of the “beginning of the end” of America and the phenomenon of Trumpism.
