A bridge; and underneath the bridge, the river of an unnamed city; and on the bridge Freddy and Igor, who are endlessly pestering the passersby with inappropriate questions.  A bridge that has an unfortunate reputation, attracting suicide attempts like a magnet. A city going through rough times, where there are no opportunities, no jobs, and no real grounds to expect things might become better in the future.  And on the bridge, Freddy and Igor, two men bound by some kind of pact. Are they there to save? To be saved? Are the two really all that different?
