She holds a BA from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an MA in Comparative Politics from the University of York. She is a playwright, writer and translator.<\/p>\n<p>Her first plays were written and performed in English. In 2013, her play <em>On the Bridge<\/em> won the annual playwriting competition organized by the theatre group Origins; it was subsequently staged for a number of performances at various venues across England. Her next play, <em>The Island of Immortality<\/em>, after winning the 2014 Ronald Duncan Literary Foundation competition, was produced by The Certainty of Chance Theatre Company and toured the UK in September 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Upon her return to Greece in 2015, she attended the National Theatre\u2019s Writing Studio, an initiative addressed to young Greek playwrights. <em>Battle of the Titans<\/em>, an one-act play she wrote for the final evaluation, was subsequently included in the National Theatre\u2019s programme for 2017.<\/p>\n<p>In 2016, she received a commendation for her novella \u2018Three out of five\u2019 at the annual competition organised by the Union of Greek Writers.
