She founded her own theatre company in\u00a0 1965.<\/p>\n<p>She has played leading parts in\u00a0 plays by\u00a0 Shakespeare, Tchekhov, Brecht, Goldoni, etc as well as\u00a0 by contemporary authors.<\/p>\n<p>In 1972 she founded a second company, the\u00a0 MIKRI PORTA (The Little Door) which performs for young audiences\u00a0 and is generally considered in Greece as the leading company in this field.<\/p>\n<p>Her first play <em>Ulyssindbad<\/em> (<em>Odyssevach<\/em>) was a huge success and is now considered\u00a0 a classic.
