Yiorgos Iliopoulos is an actor, playwriter, tv and cinema writer. Graduate of the \u00abJENNY KAREZI\u00bb Drama School (2000) and of Public Administration Department of Panteion University of Athens. Since 2000, he had collaborated as an actor with the theatre direcotrs: Petros Filippides, Kostas Kimoulis, Pemi Zouni, Helen Scoti, Michael Zaibel, Antonis Kalogridis.<\/p>\n
\u0397is plays have been staged on numerous theatres in athens, by the \u039dational \u03a4heatre of \u039dorthern Greece, by several regional municipal state theatres and by many university and amateur groups all over Greece.<\/p>\n
Additionally, his plays have been translated and successfully staged in the UK\u00a0(London, the Edinburgh Festival), Ireland (Dublin), the Czech Republic (Prague),Germany and Bulgaria<\/p>\n
He has also adapted in Greek several plays Ray Cooney, Debbie Isitt, Jeff Gould \u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 Jane Anderson.<\/p>\n
He has written the series: \u00abWhat\u2019s up with Harry?\u00bb, \u00abAll On The Roof\u00bb, \u00abCamera caf\u00e9\u00bb. He has writen the scenario for the films: \u00abThe Secrets Of My Failure\u00bb directed by Pierro Andrakakos, \u00ab4 EVER\u00bb directed by Giorgos Pyrpasopoulos, \u00abBedtime stories\u00bb\u00a0 directed by Thanassis Naskaris He has created ad campaigns for several national and international brands, During the last few years he is teaching acting at the Iasmos Drama School.
