In the buffer zone in Cyprus, an explosion is heard. Two men who accidentally found themselves there emerge through the smoke. Due to the explosion, they have temporarily lost their hearing. One is a Greek-Cypriot and the other a Turk-Cypriot, but no one is aware of the other\u2019s identity. Their communication via gestures and words that are common in the two languages leads to a conversation full of misunderstandings. A spanish speaking man that\u00a0happens to be passing by attempts to help them. Once the men\u2019s hearing returns and they realize each other\u2019s true identity and the fact that they are in a minefield, the tragicomic situation culminates.<\/p>\n
