The eyes that watch are barer than the dancing body. In an era where hordes of immigrants flood Athens, a stripper collapses from cardiac arrest during her performance. When her body is transported to the morgue of a hospital, three of the employees recognize her as a person with whom they had various relationships. Until her transfer to the cooling chamber, the nurses analyze the past and express their deepest feelings; the attempts to avoid responsibility for her death, the recriminations, their prejudices and their guilt lead to conflicts and their eventual mental crash.<\/p>\n
The play won its creator the Ministry of Culture\u2019s State Prize for Best Emerging Playwright in 2004.<\/p>\n
