London in the nineties. Patra, a jazz musician falls in love with Maxine, an unemployed drifter, a game player, a dreamer. The two can\u2019t be more incompatible if they tried. But the attraction is instant from the moment they meet dancing in a nightclub.<\/p>\n
Sylvie, Patra\u2019s friend, a go go dancer in the club, is watching them concerned. She smells trouble. She is also secretly in love with Patra.<\/p>\n
Aris, Patra\u2019s brother and a d.j .lives with his girlfriend Leonie, a chef. They\u2019re both clean for two years, off drugs. He now wants to open a nightclub with his sister and Sylvie. His girlfriend resents this as she wants them to do something\u00a0 just the two of them. He goes ahead anyway.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile Patra and Maxine get closer and closer and decide to have a Commitment Ceremony the day the club is opening. All hell breaks loose that night and the two couples fall apart\u2026 Patra, her brother and Sylvie however get on beautifully with the club, their music and their love for each other.<\/p>\n
