The famous wizard Garlic-Flour tries out his magic recipes desiring to make the world a better place: he gives human voice to the animals and they decide to take power in Greece; he presents a love story between a cat and a dog that contrary to what everybody believes, manage to bring together two hostile worlds; he organizes the Delicacy Pageants and finds out which is children’s favorite delicacy; he helps a tree which blossoms only souvlaki to get green and he unfolds the drama of drachma that goes away in search of a better life. But things get complicated when the wizard with the colors decides to relieve Athens from noises.
