Cassie (nickname for Cassandra) leaves the underworld temporarily; she comes to the land of the living in response to Iphigenia’s invocation, who wants to know about the dark future of her brother, Orestes. Bearing the gift and curse of prophesy, Cassie’s speech associates ancient and modern myths with dream and memory.
The play won the third prize in the International Playwriting Competition organized by the International Theatre Institute and UNESCO.
